Adult programs
Four ways to train
Every adult class is open to ages 18 and up. You can train in one or all four, and a coach helps you pick where to begin.

Muay Thai pad work
Punches, elbows, knees and kicks on pads and bags, held by a partner or a coach. Nobody strikes you at level 1.
Partner-held pads and heavy bags
Footwork and distance drills
Gear fitted before your first round

Clinch and takedowns
Standing grips, underhooks, knees from the clinch and takedowns onto a mat. A coach shows each entry slowly, and you drill it with a partner who is working with you.
Grips and balance
Takedowns onto a mat
Getting back to your feet

Sparring by level
Level 1 is drills only. Level 2 adds light rounds, and level 3 adds longer rounds when you and your coach agree you are ready.
A coach calls and stops every round
A tap or the word stop ends a round at once
Headgear, gloves and a mouthguard worn

Strength and conditioning
Rope, bags, bodyweight circuits and footwork before work, at a pace you can scale. It is a workout that is also a class.

Kids and teens
Three classes for younger students
Kids and teens train in their own classes. Classes are up to 12 students, and parents can watch from the bench.
Kids' grappling, ages 6 to 9
Games and drills that teach balance, rolling and positions on the mat. Forty-five minutes, with no strikes and no submission holds.
Kids' pad work and grappling, ages 10 to 12
Footwork and strikes on pads held by a partner, then grappling positions. No strikes to the head, and no sparring.
Teens' class, ages 13 to 17
Pad work, clinch drills and grappling with partners their size, with two coaches on the mat.
